Conflation Labs API and MCP server
We're building an API and an MCP server so your own software and AI agents can ask zoning and land use questions and get the same cited answers our products give. Neither is open yet. Request early access and we'll reach out when they are.
What we plan to include
The API and MCP server will use the same zoning, parcel and plan data behind Land Use Intelligence, AI Plan Review and Zoning Report Workspace. We'll publish endpoints and documentation here as each part is ready.
Zoning lookups
Send an address or parcel and get back its zoning district, overlays and the standards that apply, each with its code citation.
Plain-language questions
Ask a question about a property and get an answer drawn from the adopted ordinance, with the sections to check it against.
Plan review checks
Submit a site plan and receive the checklist results as structured data your own workflow can act on.
MCP server
Connect AI assistants and agents that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to our zoning data, so they can look up a parcel or cite a code section mid-conversation.
Zoning report data
Jurisdiction, ordinance citations and existing conditions from the ALTA survey, ready to drop into a due-diligence report.
